Returns and Exchange
We’re confident that you’ll love the quality of our products, but we also know the challenges you face buying clothing online.
Any item purchased on our website does qualify for exchange but only if it is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges. Refund will be in the form of store credit. Any order on sale items does not qualify for exchange or return. There will be no return / exchange on customised orders.The return / exchange should be communicated to Pashmina Design Studio within 24 hours of its receipt via email, call or Whatsapp. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return. Return pick up is not possible .
Store credit for the returned product will be emailed on receipt of receiving the returned outfit by Pashmina Design Studio.
